Total delivery times are 5 to 11 working days (including shipping and delivery) depending on the request and our shipping capacity. Each package is visible with a tracking number.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of receipt of the item. For all return requests or order cancellations, please contact our customer service department at contact@clubocean.co. Returns will unfortunately result in the cancellation of your access to the tracking of your Animal, as your contribution is essential for their maintenance.

Love the bracelet. Originally got it in onyx but colour washed off because I didnt realise it wasn't waterproof, kinda wish they told you that but ultimately my fault. Love Niva the Orca im tracking, works great.

Bracialetti bellissimi! Tracciatura tramite qrcode funziona bene, sarebbe bello poter condividere il profilo creato con chi l'hai acquistato assieme.
Assistenza ottima, rispondono quasi subito a ogni dubbio e son sempre gentili.
Tracciatura non si puo veder finche non son italia, scelto spedizione express ma ci è voluto comunque un po di tempo. Però son rimasti nelle tempistiche che avevano prefissato. Peccato che la tracciatura dei bracialetti duri solo 1/2 anni, sarebbe bello durasse per sempre!

They are absolutely adorable! I got them for myself and my friends, and we loved them.
Personally, I really love the idea of being able to adopt an animal and contribute, even in a small way, to doing something good.
I think it’s a wonderful initiative to raise awareness about the protection of endangered sea animals.
The bracelets, besides being very cute, are also excellent quality: beautiful to look at, durable, and well made. I love them and I’ll definitely be getting more very soon :)

Ich finde die Armbänder sehr schön aber, ich finde es blöd das viele Namen mehrmals verwendet werden. Denn meine Schwester hat eine Schildkröte und die heißt Charlotte und als ich bei den Kommentaren geschaut habe habe ich sehr viele Charlottes gefunden. Und außerdem sollte finde ich das Gummiband im Armband nicht aus Plastik sein. Genauso bei meinem Wahl, denn da ist das Wahl Symbol aus Plastik. Achso und falls das jemand von Club ocean sieht könntet ihr auch kindergrößen verkaufen?
